Als Grundgestell dient ein Trailer, welchen ich mir in China gekauft habe. Für 25 Euro inklusiv Porto ist er dort zu haben.

Als Baumaterialien verwende ich Polistrolplatten in 2,5mm dicke, Holzleisten in 4x4mm, Heißkleber, kleine Schrauben und diverse Kleinmaterialien sowie Zubehör.

A trailer that I bought in China serves as the base frame. It is available there for 25 euros including postage.

As building materials I use Polistrol panels in 2.5mm thick, wooden strips in 4x4mm, hot glue, small screws and various small materials and accessories.

Hinten bekommt der Trailer noch eine Ladeklappe. Die Scharniere habe ich aus dem Modellbau von Puppenstuben.

At the rear, the trailer has a loading flap. I got the hinges from model making of dollhouses.

Danach wird alles lackiert und die Blattfedern sowie die Achse können wieder anmontiert werden.

Then everything is painted and the leaf springs and the axle can be reattached.

Aus dem normalen Scale Zubehör habe ich mir einen Kunststoff Dachträger und eine Stoßstange besorgt. Für die Klappe habe ich ein Schnappverschluss aus dem Zubehör für Schachteln genommen.

From the normal scale accessories I got myself a plastic roof rack and a bumper. For the flap, I took a snap lock from the accessories for boxes.

Jetzt benötigt der Wagen noch die Anhängekupplung. Diese habe ich an eine Vorrichtung, welche ich aus Sperrholz gebaut habe, an die originale Halterung des Wagens angeschraubt. Die Kupplung bekommt man als Zubehör zu kaufen.

Now the car still needs the trailer coupling. I screwed this to a device that I built from plywood to the original bracket of the car. The clutch can be bought as an accessory.

Auf die Schutzbleche habe ich Riffelblech aus Plastik, welches ich mit Felgensilber lackiert habe, beklebt.

On the mudguards I glued checker plate made of plastic, which I painted with rim silver.

Als Dachbox dient eine alte Zigarrenkiste. Auch diese habe ich mit dem Riffelblech beklebt.

An old cigar box serves as the roof box. I also covered this with the checker plate.

Als Halterung für Spannriemen habe ich mir Kunststoffleisten aus dem Baumarkt besorgt. Diese habe ich dann auf entsprechende Länge geschnitten und in gleichen Abständen 5mm Löcher gebohrt um dann dort die Spannriemen einzuhaken.

I bought plastic strips from the hardware store to hold the tension belt. I then cut these to the appropriate length and drilled 5mm holes at equal intervals in order to hook the tension straps there.

Jetzt fehlt nur noch das Zeltdach. Holz Rundstäbe in 4mm, Haken und Ösen sind hier die erforderlichen Materialien. Dazu ein Stück Stoff aus Mutters Nähkasten.

Now all that's missing is the tent roof. Wood round bars in 4mm, hooks and eyes are the required materials here. In addition, a piece of fabric from mother's sewing box.

Nun wir alles in die Dachbox verstaut und ist für den ersten Camp Trail bereit.
