Das zusammenbauen des Bausatzes brauche ich wohl hier nicht größer zu dokumentieren. Er ist relativ einfach zusammen zu bauen.

I do not need to document the assembly of the kit here. It's relatively easy to assemble.

Kommen wir nun zum Eigentlichen Thema. Das bemalen und patinieren der Gebäudeteile.

Als erstes habe ich die Wände mit normaler Abtönfarbe gestrichen. Für das Hauptgebäude habe ich Sahara Beige unverdünnt genommen. Nachdem die Farbe etwas angetrocknet war, bin ich mit einem großen etwas härteren Pinsel noch mal über die Flächen gegangen um die Farbe zu verstreichen. Die dickeren Farbreste blättern dabei gut ab, dass man so die Strukturen der Mauer gut erkennen kann.

Das gleiche gilt für das Nebengebäude. Dafür habe ich ein normales mattes weiß, auch als Abtönfarbe unverdünnt, verwendet. Wichtig ist nur, dass man die Farbe, wenn sie etwas angetrocknet ist, noch mal mit dem Pinsel überstreicht so das die Farbe eine gewisse Struktur wiedergibt.

Danach empfehle ich, die Gebäude mit etwas starken Haarlack zu besprühen, damit sich die Farbe etwas verfestigt.

Now we come to the actual topic. Painting and patinating the building parts.

First, I painted the walls with normal tinting paint. For the main building, I took Sahara Beige undiluted. After the paint had dried a little, I went over the surfaces again with a large, somewhat harder brush to spread the paint. The thicker residues of paint peel off so that the structures of the wall can be seen well.
The same goes for the outbuilding. For this I used a normal matt white, also undiluted as a tinting color. It is only important that the paint, when it has dried a little, is painted over again with the brush so that the color reproduces a certain structure.
After that, I recommend spraying the buildings with some strong hair lacquer to allow the color to solidify a bit.

Als nächstes habe ich die Dächer mit einem helleren Grauton grundiert. Nach dem die Farbe trocken war sind die Dächer mit einem matten Schwarz, auch als Abtönfarbe unverdünnt, gestrichen worden. Abschließend werden die Dächer dann mit etwas Pigmentpulver patiniert.

Next I primed the roofs with a lighter shade of gray. After the paint was dry, the roofs were painted with a matt black, also as a tinting paint undiluted. Finally, the roofs are then patinated with a little pigment powder.

Als nächster Schritt werden nun die Schattierungen an den Fenstern und an den Türen vorgenommen. Die Türen habe ich mit einem dunklen Wash einem Dark-Tone eingepinselt. Am Fenster die Laufspuren sind vorsichtig mit schwarz trocken gebürstet.

The next step is to make the shading on the windows and doors. I brushed the doors with a dark wash in a dark tone. The running tracks on the window are carefully dry-brushed with black.

Am Nebengebäude ist der Witterungsprozess ebenfalls so aufgetragen wie am Hauptgebäude.. Wobei hier zu beachten ist, dass hier die Pigmentfarben möglichst nur waagerecht aufzutragen sind und am Dach nur senkrecht. Da der Untergrund weiß ist, bitte beim nachmachen sehr behutsam die Farben auftragen sonst kann man alles noch mal neu machen. ;-)

The weathering process is also applied to the adjoining building as it is to the main building. It should be noted here that the pigment colors should only be applied horizontally if possible and only vertically on the roof. Since the background is white, please apply the colors very carefully when copying, otherwise you can do everything all over again. ;-)
